After a dry year last year saw the DCC Champs cancelled for the first time in living memory, it’s back!! The DCC Champs – a relaxed weekend of camping, paddling and novelty events is on at Brady’s 6 and 7 December.
This years DCC Champs will consist of the following events: Free Paddle – Saturday AM, Rapid Sprints – Saturday PM, The return of the ‘Iron Bastard’ event – Sunday AM, Sprints Slalom – Sunday AM (following the ‘Iron Bastard’) A great weekend for all, on-site camping available.
Houses at Bronte Park available also if the weather turns bad ($100 for a whole house). But the bar and restaurant is closed currently as the place is in receivership. So make sure you bring enough food and drinks.
