The first ever Flatwater Sprints at Lauderdale Canal. Time trial format. All classes welcome. 500m time trial, fastest time at the end of the day wins.
Demo gear to try, BBQ, plenty of parking, electronic timing, coffee shop close by.

Have as many runs as your body can take (or we can fit in).
There is a bike track on both sides and jetty in the middle of the course so it will be spectator friendly.
