BROWNWATER RACING AT ITS BEST!
25 paddlers competed in unusually perfect conditions for the first Browns race of the year. Race sponsors Kayak4Play organised unprecedented conditions: deep water, they cleared the weed and even filtered the water. You could almost see the bottom! It was an up and back time trial (3.3km). Competition was hot with many paddlers after the legendary title of “fastest paddler at Browns”. Andrew Buckley holds this honour for the next 2 weeks until we again return to Browns. Jen Brown was the fastest woman.
