Yes that’s right. Over the last few weeks, the number of ropes spanning the broken bridge has grown and it is back to its former glory as a fantastic spot to improve your skills. Whether you have your sights at the next Olympics, or whether you are just wanting to prevent your skills disappearing to the point that you can’t go on that North West bay next time it dumps, or maybe you want to start preparing for the North Esk Fest now, doing a few gates at the bridge is what you need.
Please ensure you raise the gates afterward with the various ingenious tensioning techniques – just in case the Hydro decide to dump a heap of water in a southerly direction.
Oh – and a big thanks to the whipper snipper brigade for getting the snake hazard to acceptable levels.
