The DCC Paddle Power ‘Paddle Start’ Come & Try Day was held on the very windy 21st September at Kingston Beach. Plenty of Juniors and Adults jumped in and out of a variety of different kayaks to get a brief taste of paddling a kayak. This event was a pre-cursor to the upcoming Paddle Power program and despite the wind was well attended and a great success. More information about the 8 week Paddle Power program starting on the 21st October that will include juniors, a girls specific group and an adult group will be on the website soon.
