The DCC’s own Kate Mollison has managed the best Australian placing, of 13th, at the Pre-Worlds qualification race in Slokan in Slovenia. Australia’s Emmie Barratt was a close 16th, the girls being well positioned, going into the final days competition.
On the final day, Kate made it to the Semi-finals, finishing 16th overall, a great result and again, the best placed Australian at the 2005 Junior Slalom Pre-Worlds. The Australian women finished in 16th, 21st and 25th places!
