It’s on again, the Tuesday Night Brown’s Rivulet Race Series
Race 2 Results are out now!!
Race #2 was held on Tuesday 23rd November 2004 and was a great success with 25 paddlers competing.
The open mens event was taken out by Matt Dalzeil in a record 6:51 from Adam Potito in 7:03 and Dan Hall in 7:06 (in a DRR boat!).
Open Womens was won by Carol Hurst in 8:58 from Jen Brown in 9:54 and Christina in 15:02.
The hottly contested Junior event was taken out again by Kate Mollison in 9:45 from Andrew Koolhof in 10:18 and Alexander in 11:29.
The handicap race was taken out in fine style by Andrew Koolhof followed by Daryl Smith and Andrew Mollison….. see Race 2 Results for provisional handicaps for the next race!
The Junior Development squad performed well in their first race, most paddling Wavehoppers, improving 2 to 3 mins on last weeks times!
1.4 km flatwater races. First race being an up-river time trial from the walkbridge near the beach, to the walkbridge at the golf course, followed by a handicap race back down river. All craft welcome. Entries taken from 6:00pm, racing starts 6:30pm.
